PADI Deep Diver Speciality

This specialty sharpens your skills and certifies you to 40 meters.

eLearning, one session with theory, two days diving. It advances your diving theory, knowledge & skills.

During the PADI Deep Diver course, you’ll learn how to plan deep dives, gas calculation, manage your gas supply, and identify and manage narcosis.

Deep dive awareness, using a torch for signals, what gear to choose, gear setup, working in buddy teams, added safety, gas management and much more.

You’ll learn about buddy contact procedures, navigation, safety considerations, and buoyancy control.

During the PADI Deep Diver course, you’ll learn how to plan deep dives, manage your gas supply, and identify and manage narcosis.

You’ll also learn the basic use of a stage cylinder/pony bottle.

We’ll train safety-stop and emergency safety-stop.

I recommend you add Nitrox certification if you don’t have it.

Minimum age with UnderTheSurface.pro: 18 years or older.

You must be an active diver. It’s not “brush up” training.

Gear

You must have your own well-functional gear, including SMB.

If you want to dive in a drysuit, you must have a Drysuit specialty.

We’ll supply a stage cylinder or emergency backup air supply
